Apple, red fruits, floral hints… We encourage you to find out the flavour of our Rosé by yourself, with Cabernet Sauvignon grape as a main character of this wine.
A good wine is a good idea. And this is the idea: a rosé of a Provençal style, with the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, here, in the middle of the peninsula, characterised by its warm summers. To make our plan a reality, a conscientious cultivation is required that, at an early stage of ripening, provides grapes that lack green shades. And that also harbour the sufficient aromatic complexity to attribute the wine with a memorable emblem. With white fruit aromas, boxwood and a floral touch. That is how the smooth August feels on the mouth: refreshing and flavourful.

Tasting Note:
Bright pink-salmon color. Great aromatic intensity, dominated by notes of white fruit (apple), stone fruit (peach), fresh red fruit (strawberry) and floral notes. On the palate, it is a lively, balanced wine, fat and fully integrated acidity that invites a second drink.
Maridaje:
Dehesa de Luna Rosé is the perfect accompaniment for dry rice dishes or risottos, lasagne, any type of mushroom and seafood. Our special suggestion: accompany it with freshly cut Iberian ham.
Wine Making:
Must extraction through the soft pressing of whole clusters. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was kept in contact with its lees for three months.
