Extrem Puro Extremadura and Dehesa de Luna Finca Biodiversity Reserve will be present in this I Professional Fair of the ecological sector since both are betting on the elaboration of products that bear the ecological seal. Organic Food Iberia is the fair in which for the first time organic producers and buyers can share a space in which to present their products to all national and international visitors. This is a great opportunity for both companies to share their new developments with professionals in this sector.

Extrem Puro Extremadura has started this year the organic production in meats and sausages certified as organic and in this fair will present its new products. These are made with unique and proprietary pigs, whose Iberian breed feeds on acorns that they find in their walk through the pasture

In Extrem Puro Extremadura, pigs live in an ecological paradise of 20,000 hectares with deer, wild boars, lilies, cows, sheep, goats and many birds. All of them make up an ecosystem with a natural balance unique in the world. Dehesa de Luna, organic wines

Dehesa de Luna Finca de Reserva de Biodiversidad already has its first organic wine, Dehesa de Luna Rosé 2018, and it is with the 2018 vintage when all wines are marketed with the certification of organic.

In this fair, the winery will also present its Dehesa de Luna Garnacha Blanca wine already with the certification of organic wine - organic wine. The vineyards of Dehesa de Luna Finca Biodiversity Reserve - 64 hectares - grow surrounded by 3,000 hectares of Mediterranean forest and fauna - birds, rabbits, partridges - that share this space with other crops such as olive trees, almond trees, pistachios, cereals and legumes.

Dehesa de Luna is also an olive grove, it has 44 hectares in organic cultivation of olive trees planted 20 years ago with the picual variety, with which they make their oil Dehesa de Luna Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
