After receiving your order, you have 30 days within which to change or return any Dehesa de Luna product. To do so, just follow these steps:

- Please include either the invoice number or the order number, a contact telephone number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- If you have contacted us via email, our quality department will be in touch within 24 hours so that you can personally tell us about the incident.
- If it is not possible to resolve the issue by phone or email and there is a problem, we will send the messenger service Correos to your chosen address to collect the package. This service is completely free of charge to you.
How to prepare your package
- Re-pack the product to be returned in its original container inside the package in which it was sent. Seal it well and the package is ready to be returned.
How to send your package
- When the request has been confirmed, the carrier will be responsible for going to your chosen address to collect the product to be returned.
- If you prefer, you can take the package to the nearest Correos office and send it to the following address:
And remember: the shipping or collection is completely free of charge to you!
- Once we receive your return, our quality department will verify that the product is in good condition and will proceed to either send a new product free of charge or refund the payment to your chosen bank account. It may take up to 15 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
